| Monument MarketPlace is 84 Acre Commercial Retail Development with Wal-Mart and Home Depot anchors. Ireland Dean has been involved in site planning and architecture for several buildings located within this development. Three of the buildings designed by Ireland Dean have been stand alone pad buildings. Each with the character and feel of the overall development but still unique and functional for their users.

Millwright Maintenace Facility
Victor and Cripple Creek Gold Mine - Victor, Colorado

| The Millwright Maintenance Facility is a light industrial structure that Ireland Dean Design provided architectural design and project coordination with the Contractor's design build team. The project is a ten thousand square foot steel building that serves as the primary administration building on site and maintenance facility for mine equipment. The project is two stories with the administration portion of the project located on the second floor, including 5 offices, conference room, mining library and records, locker rooms and break room. The primary floor is maintenance and storage of the mine equipment.
Additional projects at Cripple Creek and Victor Gold Mine
Drying Room
The drying room is a custom facility designed per the specifications of the client. The facility consisted of a room approximately 900 square feet in area and was designed to resist tempreatues of up to 300 degrees. Ireland Dean worked closely with the contractor, client and sub-consulting team in coordinating and project.
Exploration Building
The exploration building is a new ground up structure that consisted of approximately 4,000 square feet of offfice space and 6,000 square feet of material testing facility.

Tri-Lakes Printing

| The Tri-Lakes Printing Project is a new ground-up 7,920 square building to include a full turn-key design of a 6,500 square foot commercial print shop and a 1,200 square foot leaseable tenant space. Ireland Dean Designs provided full planning and architectural design services for this project through The Town of Monument, Colorado. The project's construction type is a single story load bearing masonry structure that utilizes heavy timber entry and tower design elements to fit with the center's masterplan guidelines.

Wendy's Exterior Remodels

| Ireland Dean Designs implemented a exterior remodel program for Wendy's International for thirteen Denver Metro area locations. The program consisted of providing design services for facade renovations based on three design concepts developed by Wendy's and implement by Ireland Dean for site specific conditions and local jurisdictional requirements. Ireland Dean provided as-built services of existing conditions, planning and entitlement submittals, design documents and complete coordination of the design team through issuance of building permits.
Ireland Dean has continued to provide a full scope of services for Wendy's new Image Activation program starting in 2013. The Image Activation remodels have included exterior remodel, interior dinning space remodels and new full ground up construction for a total of seven stores in the Denver metro area with Ireland Dean working in harmony with corporate design, third party construction management and wide variety of design consultants to fit the need of the client.

| Ireland Dean Designs provided architectural design development drawings for the proposed residence in Denver, Colorado near the historic Washington Park Area. The project consisted of a new two story single family residence of approximatley 5,000 square feet and the design focused on utilizing the urban infill sapce to maximize square footage but maintain all the amenities of a up-scale urban residence.

| Ireland Dean Designs provided architectural design development drawings for the proposed residence in Jeffereson County, Colorado in the Turkey Creek Canyon, located in the foothills of the Front Range. The project consisted of a new two story single family residence of approximatley 5,000 square feet and the design focused on utilizing two existing structures located on site with a infill space to join and complete the residence.
