Ireland Dean Designs, LLC

Perry Park County Club created several challenging design issues that provided oppertunity for Ireland Dean to show its full design capabilities. The renovation included the addition 1,200 square feet of covered deck space, relocation of the member's bar grille area and the challenge of creating muti-functional space the could serve three spearate uses or one large use. The existing structure consisted of a historic manor house for 1890 with dated dining and event additons to the original sturture. Ireland Dean worked closely with the clinet to develop multifunction space through the use of decorative partition doors, relocation of the bar/grille and deck connection to the dining spaces. Ireland Dean was assited by Senger Design Group on the interior finishes and aesthetics for the interior dining spaces.

Monument MarketPlace is 84 Acre Commercial Retail Development with Wal-Mart and Home Depot anchors. Ireland Dean has been involved in site planning and architecture for several buildings located within this development. Three of the buildings designed by Ireland Dean have been stand alone pad buildings. Each with the character and feel of the overall development but still unique and functional for their users.

Ireland Dean Designs implemented a exterior remodel program for Wendy's International for thirteen Denver Metro area locations. The program consisted of providing design services for facade renovations based on three design concepts developed by Wendy's and implement by Ireland Dean for site specific conditions and local jurisdictional requirements. Ireland Dean provided as-built services of existing conditions, planning and entitlement submittals, design documents and complete coordination of the design team through issuance of building permits.

Ireland Dean has continued to provide a full scope of services for Wendy's new Image Activation program starting in 2013. The Image Activation remodels have included exterior remodel, interior dinning space remodels and new full ground up construction for a total of seven stores in the Denver metro area with Ireland Dean working in harmony with corporate design, third party construction management and wide variety of design consultants to fit the need of the client.

 Ellis Family Services
Jefferson County, Colorado

The Ellis Family Services Project is a new ground-up 7,200 square building to include a full turn-key design. Ireland Dean Designs provided full planning and architectural design services for this project through Jefferson County, Colorado. The project's program included a chappel with panoramic views of the frontrange foothills, two multi-use rooms, office space, prep room and garage storage.
